Here's a screen shot of a Headache Diary page. Notice how the entries are made for a week at a time. Each week is date marked, And, the notes tab allows you to enter detailed data about any or all episodes. For additional weeks, simply click new in the top menu, and another weekly record appears. All data entered into the Headache Diary remains in your private possession, and is stored on your computer and is not accessible to us at headacheanalyzer.com.
